Following nearly sixteen years as Founder and CEO of a nationally recognized ambulance service, Ryan successfully exited the company in May 2025. That transition marked the beginning of a new chapter - built upon firsthand experience, operational leadership, and a solid understanding of what organizations truly need to succeed.

In June 2025, Ryan founded Thorne Family Holdings (“TFH”), a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to helping businesses grow, evolve, and sustain long-term success across every stage of their lifecycle.
